 This effort is associated with compliance risk management. The focus of the work relates to developing a holistic process to manage policies, procedures, and their related controls. There is a system in place today to do this, but a more robust, efficient, and holistic approach is needed in order to meet current and future needs. This work will also include evaluation of the existing systems and options available within and outside the company to accomplish business objectives. This effort will require someone with a combination of business consulting and project management skills. It will involve working with business stakeholders to define and implement a solution through partnership with those stakeholders and the technology teams that support them. The work will entail the following: - defining current state, including gaps in meeting current and future needs - defining the scope of work to be completed as a result of this analysis - defining the approach to delivering the work, including prioritization - building a project timeline (using iterations to deliver) - building and managing a backlog of features - partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to complete the work The end date for this engagement is currently scheduled for the end of 2019. However, there is the potential that this engagement could go longer depending on the solution, funding, etc. Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience.
