? Work Schedule/Shift Expectations: 8am-5pm. Standard business hours
? Hours per Week: 40hrs

? Department: Software development
? Reason for the need (increased work load, backfill, MLOA, etc.): Support engagement w/ NavCan
? Will this role require local Citizenship/Green Card?: Local Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
? Will the contractor be expected to travel? If yes, how often?: Yes. Minimal travel, no more than 10%.

PROJECT/SKILLS
? Describe the project they will be working on: NAV CANADA AMP project / DTP replacement
? Size of the Team: 5 / 77
? Job Description/Responsibilities: Gather and define data, functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate working sessions. Translating business needs/requirements into software requirements. Process mapping.
? What are the Top 3-5 Skills needed to perform this role/job?: Meets/delivers on commitments, excellent written, and oral skills, team player. 
? Top 3-5 Soft Skills for culture fit: Open to feedback, flexibility, and embraces challenges 
? Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): Minimum 5yrs work experience, with emphasis on software development projects. ie., development mindset vs. operational mindset.
? Software skills required: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Jama, Jira, and a modelling tool (ex: Enterprise architect)
? Any certifications required? CBAP (preferred)
