Candidates must be well versed in creating and calculating commission plans.  Our commissions system is Xactly.  We don’t need to find someone with experience in that particular system, but we do need someone that has used some type of commission system in the past.  The position would actually admin that system and assure all is working well.  This person will have a Commission Analyst reporting to them. 
Position can sit in Waynesboro, Roanoke, or Richmond.
Job Summary
The Commission Supervisor is responsible for the processing and administration of the monthly commission payout for the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring the automated system output is compliant with the compensation plan and policies by analyzing and testing results. Maintain procedures to ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly commission to employees. Coordinate with the Sales Organization and Payroll to ensure monthly payment of commission according to established schedule. The Commission Supervisor directly supports the Commissions Specialist and oversees commission plan changes and configurations in the commissions system.
