Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest IT Staffing firm, has a Business Analyst open. Technical skills include: Agile, WaaS, Data, EDW, Gen 1, Sales CRM, APIs, Integrations. Preferred skills include: SQL.

Overview of position:
•  Work with the business and technology areas to understand business functions, processes, challenges, opportunities, and systems impacted.
•  Validate alternative system solutions to meet overall business requirements.
•  Analyze, model and document requirements for cross functional solutions and support of solutions.
•  Collaborate with Technology partners on projects of varying scope, size, and complexity to ensure solutions and teams are aligned to meet business objectives.
•  May work under the guidance of more experienced colleagues on larger initiatives.
Required skills:
•  Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work experience 4 years of work experience.
•  Experience eliciting high-level and detailed functional and non-functional business requirements by using a variety of elicitation techniques in multiple project contexts.
•  Previous involvement with enterprise wide, cross functional and complex projects that involve multiple business areas
•  Experience with different phases of testing (such as end-to-end, system integration, user acceptance, functional and non-functional)
•  Knowledge of software development processes and understanding of technology, systems environments, and enterprise architecture
Preferred skills:
•  SQL, min quarries just to support their analysis.
