Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
Client: #1 Telecommunications Industry Leader
Type of Position: 1 year contract (with possibility of extension or perm conversion based on need and job performance)

Job Description:
The Diversity Channel Recruiter will design and support innovative approaches to attract, retain and promote diverse talent at CLIENT. Combining your vision, deep expertise and execution skills, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to conceptualize and manage these strategic business initiatives.

You will be the catalyst to enable the organizations commitment to diversity by strengthening the pipeline of diverse talent. By driving a deeper understanding, knowledge, and skills of diversity concepts through robust education and compelling content, you will help to accelerate CLIENT'S progress in fostering a diverse workplace.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute innovative programs to pipeline diverse talent and partnering with internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal and external communications/media teams to market diversity initiatives

• Build apprenticeships, on the job training and diversity programs

• Align, search, and match diverse talent through recruiting efforts for critical hiring needs

• Define and maintain a method of reporting to track hiring, attraction and retention trends

• Create objectives and deliver results based on each business function

• Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and events and report to Senior Leadership on progress

• Supervise the performance development and KPIs of the Diversity Recruitment Team to ensure diversity strategies are fully embedded in all recruiting processes

Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree and/or proven relative experience in project management

• Experience in managing programs or initiatives

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Data Reporting

• Strong collaboration and execution skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
