Customer Service Representative
 
Location: Houston, TX 77002
Contract: 3-6 Month C2H
Phone Interview then Onsite
Schedule: M-F, 9-5
 
Job Description:


  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Providing web support via chats
