This position coordinates the customer migration efforts for transformation initiative focused on simplifying the overall customer experience from quote to order to bill and repair. As part of the digital client experience team, this position will have specific responsibility for the functional area of CUSTOMER PROFILE ONBOARDING. 
As the technical project manager, this position interfaces with the Customer, Business and the IT teams to facilitate, track and communicate the migration of customer profile data to the new platform.
Project management responsibilities include:
  • Cross-coordination/delivery tracking across the work groups, providing project updates to management and customers
  • Scheduling and hosting meetings, updating information radiators, setting priorities, track progress & issues, and manage the overall delivery of multiple projects. 
  • Works on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices or precedent.
  • Acts independently to identify and select appropriate methodologies.
  • Work customarily and regularly (70% of time or more) requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment.
  • Normally receives general instructions on non-routine or new assignments.
  • Decisions are made independently for most work assignments. One to several tasks are assigned concurrently with direction readily available.
  • Contact is typically coordinative in nature and involves exchanging detailed technical information.
  • Deal with both internal and external contacts. 
  • Organize and lead small groups (value team facilitators and IT) in order to create and deliver Customer onboarding and training material for new releases and enhancements.
  • Schedule/attend customer meetings, gather voice of the customer (VOC) input, and identify trends/customer needs.
  • Prepare/present procedures to the management team for review and approval for internal and external consumption.
  • Support and participate in user acceptance testing prior to new release deployments. 

Must Have Skills:
  • Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel Experience
  • Working in a technical program / project role in a large company with multi-locations
  • Demonstrates working knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral to effectively develop and communicate on project plans, status and issues
  • Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills with excel and google sheets
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent/10+ years of experience
  • Prior experience creating M&P's for internal and external customers
  • Strong experience leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams and driving alignment
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and competing priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
  • Experience in performing data analysis to support decision-making
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including executive communications
