Data Analyst
Apex Systems is a large technical staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Data Analyst for our client, a large accounting software company. This is a 6-Month contract role which has a potential to extend into a longer-term engagement. Candidates with previous data analytics with Salesforce experience are desired.

Job Purpose: 
The Sales Operations Data Analyst (contract) position provides an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced high tech environment. This role will help accelerate sales within our existing base of customers and new customers.
We have a requirement to provide intelligent analysis in a collaborative environment working directly with an effective and highly motivated sales team. Simplifying solutions is the key to success in this position with a clear focus on increasing overall contact, conversion and growth rates. The data identified will form the target audience and sales pipeline as our business enters the final Quarter of our financial year.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales consultants, sales operations and various levels of sales leadership delivering awesome experiences across all levels 
Understand the business E2E and the sales cycle to deliver analytics, processes design, implementation, training and support
• Assist in maintaining and cleansing customer data (automation skills a plus)
• Communicate verbally and in writing findings, recommendations and results with clarity
• Ability to work as a Project Manager bringing key stakeholders together tracking needs and coordinating deliveries is a plus
Required Qualifications:
Skills: Top 3:
1.)  CRM experience (Salesforce is highly preferred)
2.)  Expertise in Microsoft Excel (very comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, match, complex nested formula
3.) Project management experience (time management, organizational skills, strong communication, manage projects)
Skills & Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with the following:

• Expertise with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (very comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, match, index, and complex nested formulas)
• Experience with CRM and its systems is a plus (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience working in a team environment and natural desire to contribute as a group
• SQL, Alteryx, Tableau experiences are pluses
Soft Skills:

• Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
• Ability to understand the most impactful projects adapting quickly and effectively to changing environments and priorities
• Ability to communicate to with all stakeholders levels
• Ability to understand business, processes and systems to deliver business results
