Analytic Consultant 4 – CM Info Quality Assurance
Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.
The Team:
Conduct Management is a centralized team within Corporate Risk. Conduct Management has enterprise-wide responsibilities to address allegations related to team member misconduct. This includes reporting on the entire allegation life cycle including case intake, triage, research and disposition of a wide variety of allegations including behavioral misconduct, theft, sales practices, fraud, money laundering, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
This analyst will be part of the Enterprise Conduct Management Analytics, Insights and Reporting team (CMAIR).  S/he will be a key contributor to the implementation of an overarching conduct management data quality assurance function. S/he will partner within Conduct Management as well as with other key stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality and effectiveness of CMAIR data for analytics and reporting across Wells Fargo. 
Specifically this analyst will
•  Implement quality assurance processes and reporting
•  Perform quality assurance on data for reports, analytics and online dashboards
•  Measure and communicate data quality status and improvements
•  Produce evidence of quality checks and process that are auditable
•  Align process with CMAIR and Enterprise governance guidelines

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of SQL or SAS experience
Other Desired Qualifications:
•  2+ years of data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality
•  3+ years of experience in data quality and best practice design concepts
•  3+ years of Teradata experience
•  1+ year of Big Data experience
•  1+ year of BSA/AML experience or similar
