Director, Salesforce (Capital Markets)
Apex Systems is a large staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Director with experience building a best in class Salesforce solution in an enterprise environment to place in a permanent role at a Big Five Bank. We have placed multiple people on this very team.
Client: Big Five Bank  
Location: Downtown Toronto

Key Accountabilities:
  • 55% Executor and 45% Strategist
  • Support sales, project delivery and key business development activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales / Service Transformation
  • Lead highly skilled client and work teams throughout the project Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by leveraging our approaches in CRM and Sales / Service Transformation
  • Technical architecture and execution – not a hands off role, they need to lead and direct the team and strategize on how we use salesforce best in class
  • Assist Partners and Managing Directors with practice administration, including recruitment and interviewing of prospective candidates, resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions

Key Qualifications:
  • Has expertise in Salesforce (i.e. development/architecture)
  • Ability to build a best in class CRM solution for capital markets and is in touch with the future trajectory of Salesforce
  • Ability to deliver Salesforce to the enterprise and has built teams or worked with strategic suppliers to get Salesforce releases (6-10 week sprints) and maximize business benefits.
  • A minimum of eight years of management / systems integration consulting experience (including Big Four experience) related to CRM delivery, sales / service process improvement and technology enablement, change management, and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce.com platform
  • C-Level experience with large transformations that involve front office technology in support of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Contact Center / Customer Service capabilities, including the necessary experience with the Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce.com platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
