The Enterprise Transformation Manager will work closely with the leadership of the Business Solutions group and report directly to the Sr. Manager of SAP Services. This role will be responsible for coordinating a 3rd party objective assessment of the organization's ERP landscape and collaborating broadly across line of business units and SAP operations teams to conduct a current state assessment of the SAP ERP system, benchmark how effectively ERP solutions support business processes, identify gaps and help deliver a recommended roadmap to execute the transformation. The deliverables for this initiative will cover enterprise technology, business process enhancements and operational efficiencies, working in concert with external vendors, Business and EIT stakeholders. The recommended solution is expected to address current challenges, improve and innovate business processes, and deliver on the CIO’s transformational vision for an ultra-efficient ERP system.
Required Function 2:
Responsibilities include:

• Execute on the process for an ERP transformation, and deliver a recommendation report that will validate, recommend enhancement, or replacement of current ERP platform.

• Deliver an evaluation proposal for an ERP solution, architecture and platform, from objectives gleaned in the engagement findings with line of business processes.

• Participate in the potential selection of a vendor to conduct the current state assessment.

• Gather required information and develop landscape diagrams to depict current state of applications and associated integrations.

• Drive initial requirements gathering activities for the overall scoping, estimating, resource requirement models, and planning schedules for this assessment effort.

• Ensure data analysis is inherent in and supported in the final solution recommendation. Review and determine interdependencies of this effort to other organizational transformational initiatives specifically the digital experience strategy.

• Establish success criteria for the program, in conjunction with leadership and define the value to be achieved in terms of strategic benefits, cost avoidance and increased efficiencies

• Evangelize the vision for this operational transformation among business users, cross-functional leaders and other stakeholders; and serve as the primary focal point for this engagement.

• Apply integrative leadership and partner engagement skills to facilitate buy-in needed to get to the shared goals for this effort while ensuring that priorities are addressed, and final report deliverable reflect an optimal balance of completeness, timeliness, usability, and technical quality.

• Hold initiative kickoff and facilitate update reports and meetings, monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders. Develop and provide reports showing project progress, problems and planned solutions.

• Navigate the initiative through the process and phases of a program lifecycle, including planning Kickoff, execution and wrap-up phase.

• Strategize and lead program planning, facilitate stakeholder buy-in for requirements gathering while managing program economics, scope, risk, and schedule.
• Work in close partnership with customer success, finance, HR, supply chain and other key business stakeholders to provide key metrics that will give valuable insight into their critical business processes on the current ERP platform.

• Manage communication and actively engage stakeholders, including senior management on program status, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
Required Function 3:
Qualifications / Role Requirements:

• Strong program management background and proficiency in executing corporate program strategies within varied business domains.

• Demonstrated experience with large ERP program management delivering system enhancement, upgrade or migration deliverables for SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or other major ERP systems.

• Strong knowledgeable and competence in project management methodology and governance including ability to utilize different styles of project management to meet the unique needs of each project, program, or initiative.

• Track record of building ERP strategy and leading ERP projects through transformation and deployment, integrating technology, people, and processes.
• Ability to understand deep technical requirements/context while also being able to incorporate business context/needs.

• Ability to develop landscape diagrams, understand the technical complexity of customization, and need for standardization/simplification.

• Strong communication and relational skills, including the ability to lead effective presentations, and proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.

• Experience in requirements elicitation/gap analysis, customer/usage/outcome data analysis and strategy/roadmap definition.

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or project management or related field, and an equivalent work experience with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with ERP technology solutions.

• Formal training and/or certifications in project management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma methodologies and PMP Certification is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience with DevOps, Automated Testing, and Agile practices, such as SAFe, is a plus.
