Extraction Lead – Food Manufacturing
Growing Food and Beverage Company is looking to add to their team on their 1st,  2nd and 3rd shifts! Hours will be Wednesday – Saturday with some overtime anticipated.  We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment with good attention to detail and a drive to make quality products.  This position required great attention to detail – so it is imperative to put your heart into ensuring top quality manufacturing processes are followed. 
  • Receives raw materials/ingredients and sorts for quality/inspection
  • Perform clean in place (CIP) procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Calculate batch blends and perform these according to test data obtained from QC department.
  • Perform appropriate batch documentation and blending records
  • Operate food manufacturing equipment per SOP
  • Communicates with manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams to determine accurate processing and and specifications are met
  • Communicates with QA regarding blend sheets.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMP’s, SOP’s and Quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Education:  High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:  2 - 5 years of experience food manufacturing experience preferred
Language/Communications:  Ability to read and interpret basic instructional details and related information. 
Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Manufacturing software; and general email writing and online research skills
