Position: Field Service Technician I US
Hours/Days: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Delafield, Wisconsin 5301
Duration: This assignment is anticipated to last 3-6 months, however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the exact length.
Target Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $17.00/hr.
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.43/mile.
Job Requirements:
The primary role for this position will be to perform onsite analyses, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades for hardware and software resolution.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Performs hands-on and in-depth troubleshooting and associated repairs of failed client hardware and software.
Preferred:
1+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and work experience, such as a CompTIA A+ certification.
Experience with POS and printers.
Experience troubleshooting basic networking issues
Possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Advanced hands-on experience troubleshooting & repairing client hardware.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
