Title: Sr. Imaging Helpdesk Analyst - Bilingual

Location: North Austin

Contract: 6 month contract to hire 

Pay Rate: $25-32/HR 

The scope of the job is to provide technical support to customers using proprietary imaging products.

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • 2+ years’ experience IT Desktop Admin
  • Expert level knowledge of current Windows Client based Operating Systems (Win 7/10)
  • Understanding of HW/BIOS/Driver/Firmware/OS relationships
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows OS imaging & deployment tools (SCCM/MDT)
