Apex is partnering with one of Des Moines top employers on a multi-year project.  We will be modernizing their price quoting systems using  agile delivery Framework.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Client Core Team and stakeholder to create a “Press Release”/“2 pagers” at the right level to be picked up by the Scrum Teams. 

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, serve as subject matter expert to the development team

• Perform user story grooming with development team and obtain story sign-off from Product Owner and stakeholders

• Conduct business process mapping exercises to identify and document current processes and gaps

• Provide supporting documentation including product roadmap, business process map, scope matrix, use cases, UAT and implementation plans

• Experience with change management and being a change agent

• Identify, track, and document product/project dependencies

• Identify and document product roadmaps
 
Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience

• 2+ years’ experience with hands on Agile process leadership

• Ability to effectively manage multiple product backlogs, including epic and user story prioritization

• Experienced in multiple Agile work management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and processes (Scrum, Kanban)

• Highly organized, ability to self-manage work and priorities

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and foster a team-oriented, results driven culture
