The Loyalty BA/PM will work closely with business partners and the IT team to help identify, prioritize, and confirm requirements for projects within the Loyalty/Marketing project roadmap. He or she must be able to effectively communicate with project stakeholders using business terminology as well as have a good understanding of technical concepts to enable comprehensive business-IT alignment. Duties include coordinating and facilitating requirements gathering sessions, developing appropriate requirements and functional design documentation, use cases as well as assisting in the testing of new functionality.

The role requires strong written, verbal communication and facilitation skills.  The individual should also demonstrate critical analytical skills and sound judgment.


  1. Produce business and functional requirement specifications documents/artifacts including use cases (impact on customer experience), process flows, and business rules, using clear, concise and unambiguous language.
  2. Review all project deliverables related to requirements, solution design and testing to ensure that the business needs are being addressed and requirements are interpreted accurately.
  3. Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements changes and status throughout the project.
  4. Ensure that all data elements and reporting requirements are also captured in the documentation
  5. Collaborate with training development to ensure alignment with business requirements and solutions.
  6. Understands the legal compliances and policies related to the business/industry to ensure that the requirements and solution is in-compliance with these guidelines.
  7. Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from inception to UAT/Launch and post-launch assessment based on business requirements.


  • Minimum 5-7 years of business analysis experience with large projects, ideally with tech experience with a Loyalty focus.
  • Provide Marketing/Loyalty functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to lead Loyalty requirements gathering and analysis
  • Responsible for ensuring project documentation, decisions and specifications are documented and maintained
  • Retail business background with strong financial acumen in the direct to consumer business.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines while using analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including project team and other departments within the organization.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
  • BS or BA University degree
