Marketing Manager
Apex Systems is a large technical staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client, a large accounting software company. This is a 6-Month contract role which has a potential to extend into a longer-term engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Has full authority for personnel actions.
Extensive knowledge of department processes.
 
Required Qualifications:?
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organization skills are needed as the successful candidate will need to manage timelines and work on multiple items at a time.
Strong time management
Experience working with cross functional teams Self-starter Motivated Ability to take initiative
 
TOP SKILLS:
3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing background within go to market strategy/execution within a medium to large organization
1 year of experience within marketing project/program management more so at the junior level (if they have experience running and managing something end to end this will be very helpful in having them execute) Someone who can effectively communicate with key stakeholders/groups across the business such as (Sales, XD, Analytics Customer Success, Operations)
