Mobility Engineer
  • Windows PowerShell - use scripts regularly to automate certain tasks that we need to accomplish.  We also use PowerShell to view/modify settings for our piece of the network.
  • Interact with customers almost daily to troubleshoot various tools/issues  Good customer communication is essential. 
  • Most of our users are on iOS devices.  Providing iOS support happens daily. 
  • Blackberry UEM - Regular use of the UEM console daily. 
  • DISA Purebred Agent - Purebred related trouble tickets make up a large number of our total trouble tickets.  Having a Purebred Agent account and experience would be very helpful.
  • Active Directory Users & Computers –
  • Linux platform administration  Redhat
  • Deployment and automation of applications
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve server events and user incidents relating to Linux systems
  • Work with the wider infrastructure team to provide support and troubleshooting for Linux systems incidents
  • Writing and maintaining Shell and/or python scripts
  • Create and maintain clear and accurate system documentation
  • Troubleshooting of basic network connectivity issues of endpoint devices like desktop computers, laptops, phones, and printers
  • Configuring and deploying servers and in office network hardware
  • Providing support and configuration of Microsoft Office suite, specifically using Office 365
  • Knowledge of network configuration, including function of DNS, DHCP and Windows network / VPN setup
  • Responsible for supporting SharePoint, Office 365 enterprise
  • Basic knowledge of Linux(setting up servers)
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement new solutions, integrations, and processes to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Deploying new and/or repaired hardware
  • Troubleshooting and replacing defective hardware/software.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and performing test activities on various computer equipment and computer network systems
  • Set up software; install software, patches, and drivers; prepare and deploy software packages
  • Documenting troubleshooting efforts, identifying issues, gathering information and deploying fixes
  • Providing exceptional customer service; maintaining a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing other duties as assigned by manager
