 Pega application developer with hands on Pega 7.x development and be at least Pega CSA certified with 5+ years of experience -or- Pega CCSA with at least 3 years of experience. Candidate should also have experience working in Agile teams using the scrum methodology.



• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Pega knowledge (including certification): LSA with 1+ years of experience or CSA with 7+ years of experience

• 9+ years experience working on software development projects

• Ability to organize and facilitate discussions with 5+ people (all levels)

• Lead small team (2-4) of on and offshore developers

• Strong oral and written communications

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (i.e. SCRUM)

• Familiarity with Pega Health Care Frameworks

• Familiarity with Pega Robotics

• Familiarity with hosting Pega applications on OpenShift platforms.

• Development using Pega Express

• Team leadership and team management experience
