Apex Systems is looking for Pharmacy Technicians in the Dallas area!
Client is a specialty pharmacy located in Irving (near the airport) and would require that candidates have an active TX Pharmacy Technician license at time of application.

Job Description
Location: Irving, TX 75063 (by the airport)
Pay: set $16.80/hour
Hours: set 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday - assigned after training
  • Responsible for data entry, third party exceptions, member outreach, and prescriber outreach, ensuring all service expectations are met
  • Enter patient demographics and prescription information into the data processing system
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls
  • Process prescriptions across various reference categories and assist in other Pharmacy Technician functions as necessary
  • Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
  • Current Pharmacy Technician License/Registration or Training License without restrictions with State Board of Pharmacy in the State in which position is located (if required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deal with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, including government and regulatory agencies
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to put data into a quality analysis
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, strong initiative with the ability to act independently and meet deadlines
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple project simultaneously
