Location: Charlotte, NC - 100% on site NO REMOTE
Duration: 12-18 months
Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Responsible for tracking key metrics for successful delivery including developing, maintaining and reporting across the agile releases. Experience with Change and Project Management tools and processes as well as JIRA, and data visualization tools. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. 
Requirements
  • Very strong JIRA experience -know how to pull the matrix, dashboard, and know the architecture of JIRA
  • Scaled Agile experience
  • Excel and PowerPoint (do not need any data visualization tools)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player that is resourceful and takes initiative

 
Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of Change and Project Management processes
  • Experience with the SAFe Agile Framework
  • Experience working in a Lean Agile PMO
