JOB DUTIES
  • You’ll help us define and deliver the evolution of our industry-leading broadband services, including TV,  Internet, and related value added services for business customers.
  • You’ll work collaboratively to assess customer demand for new capabilities as well as the impacts and costs of delivering these solutions and translate this information into strong business cases. 
  • Finally, you will partner with stakeholders including our network technology, marketing, IT, operational support teams as well as third party vendors to define requirements and deliver this evolution to our customers. 

Your drive and leadership will help us realize what’s next and will include:
  • Understanding what broadband services and supporting hardware features our customers value most
  • Partnering with stakeholders to define the requirements for our video, internet, and value added solutions
  • Working with third-party vendors to develop new hardware and services and deliver those solutions to the market
  • Demonstrating the business value of these services 

DESIRED SKILLS: 
  • Experience working in product marketing for business services
  • Solid understanding of video and home networking technologies including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, MoCA, IP video, QAM video, and content protection solutions as well as wide area networking technologies including xPON, 5G-NR, and G.Fast/DSL
  • Familiarity with customer premises equipment including routers and set top boxes
  • Familiarity with the small and medium business market
  • A proven ability to build business cases and communicate business value.
  • An understanding of systems, product development process, architectures, and order flows
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience
  • Certifications in Product Management, Project Management, Agile methodologies helpful 

REQUIRED SHIFT:
