Job Description:

Individual will work independently and as a team to understand build status and make recommendations for alternate solutions to keep the build on track. The candidate will be required to access multiple systems to ensure most current project priorities are properly identified and being driven. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work is reviewed and measured on meeting objectives and schedules and involves exchange of technical or complex information.

  • Maintain project time-frames, objectives and communications
  • Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
  • Verify data and information and analyze it to suit direction on project
  • Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
  • Collect the necessary information required to start projects
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 5 to 7 years as a Project Analyst in field
  • Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
  • Expert with business intelligence software (i.e. Tableau, Salesforce)
  • Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office application (Excel and Power Point)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
