PURPOSE: 
Assist in coordinating the deployment phase of a global application system releases and migrations 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate the deployment schedules, customizing, and distributing deployment materials, organizing responses and managing internal status reports. 

• Assist in general office projects, travel planning, setting up of meetings and other support services. 

• Work with 3rd party vendors in ensuring contracting and other coordination activities supporting migrations are completed in a timely manner. 

• Prepare and manage project deployment documents and other planning materials, ensure communications are accurately managed within time constraints 

• Prepare and present project status reports and provide timely and accurate information for status updates to the project team, stakeholders and vendors. 

• Work on simple projects, coordinate travel, and arrange meetings and other team tasks. 

• Create and maintain project schedules in MS Excel, communicate effectively verbally and in writing 

• Maintain files and information including but not limited to, project schedules, status reports, financial data, budgets, project documentation and legal documents. 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Strong understanding of Project Management 

• Ability to interface with middle and upper management throughout the organization. 

• 2-3 years project management experience obtained by assisting/coordinating mid-scale projects 

• Proven success record of working several projects simultaneously under tight schedules 

PREFERRED SKILLS: 

EDUCATION: 
High School diploma or equivalent are required
