Apex Systems is looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Manager in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities: 
Reporting, designing and developing metric reports to drive key business decisions related to  Application Security operations.
Provides a link between raw enterprise data and management, which includes data extraction, analysis and transformation as key performance and compliance metrics.
Project Coordination work experience and exceptional skills to communicate with stakeholders.
Any Scrum Master experience/background would be a plus.
Must have Agile experience.
Job description:
  • Reporting and Metrics experience
  • Project Coordinator experience of at least 6-7 years
  • Technical and program documentation experience
  • Fast learner and self-starter
  • Information Security background preferred , IT reporting background required
  • Strong Analytical skills and process driven
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Experience and familiarity with various IT industry and standards audit is preferred. Eg. HIPAA, SOC II, PCI etc.
  • Ability to work with confidential data. Must have strong prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience and knowledge with SharePoint, Nintex, InfoPath, JIRA, Excel, Service Now, Access and Power BI is preferred
  • Managing internal processes and communicating metrics according to Application security clients
