Job Description

  • Execute Smoke Test and report results
  • Execute validation test plan and report results
  • Log tickets for any issues found during Validation or Smoke Test and work with teams across the organization to drive issues to resolution
  • Execute Data Collection sessions including preparing for the session and completing the activities post a session
  • Documenting SOPs
  • Targeted testing for new features and emerging technologies

Required skills

  • 2+ years of testing experience
  • Experience with various QA methodology and tools
  • Experience creating and executing test cases
  • Attention to details and ability to root cause important issues impacting process or customers

Preferred skills

  • Strong organizational skills and team player
  • Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
  • Strong ability to organize and track multiple test executions simultaneously, and ability to synthesize test results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering the quality bar
  • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in delivering world-class customer experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
