Receptionist in Downtown Richmond
4 week contract role as a receptionist for the Medical Center at the Federal Reserve downtown
Hours will be 8am-1pm- position could go 5-6 weeks.  
Provides administrative support for department units and management including, but not limited to, preparing, revising, and developing documents maintaining and/or monitoring calendars, files, emails, deadlines and appointments; making travel arrangements; procuring supplies and processing invoices; coordinating meetings; maintaining databases acting as a liaison to other departments; and completing assigned projects. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with other various online applications Ability to handle sensitive information and confidentiality Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent project management and analytical skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately Attentive response to internal or external requests for information Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction Effective working as contributor and member of a team environment Process broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of assigned functional areas Education and Experience: 5 to 9 years of administrative assistant experience High school diploma or GED
