Job Scope & Purpose:
Our client, a rare-disease focused biotech in Waltham is searching for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Consultant (Promotions, Marketing, and Labeling) to assist their growing operations. If you have 8+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical setting with previous experience in rare disease continue reading and consider applying today! Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reviewing and approving strategies for promotion/non-promotional materials
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate training of commercial/marketing teams regarding regulatory issues surrounding advertising, promotion, product launch
  • Liaise with members of legal, med affairs, commercial on advertising and promotional processes and materials
  • Serve as an expert regarding promotional programs and procedures

Primary Job Requirements:
  • BS, MS, or advanced degree in the life sciences
  • RAC certification is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for drugs and/or biologics
  • Experience successfully executing regulatory activities in the US, EU, and globally required
  • Experience working in rare disease therapeutic area is a plus
