JOB DESCRIPTION

• Aligns with 3rd party service providers, internal project managers and internal sales teams to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction

• Responsible for the delivery of managed deployment services projects, focusing on quality and customer experience
o  Responsible to ensure deployment sites are staffed appropriately and on time
o  Responsible to ensure internal and 3rd party technicians are onboarded and understand the process for each given site
o  Responsible for managing site changes and escalations 

• Identifying risks and issues and escalating as appropriate to management or sales

• Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the stakeholders: customer, partner, management, sales
QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Relationship driven personality, teamwork, ability to multitask, manage stress and flexibility

• Excellent communication skills/soft skills including written and verbal communication
o  Possess and can demonstrate strong phone and email communication with 3rd party service providers and internal team members
o  Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and peers

• Strong Organization skills with proactive mentality

• Demonstrated the ability to resolve conflicts quickly

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in resource management, project admin/project coordination or in a similar capacity
