Job Title: Senior .NET Developer - Irregular Operations  Description:
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use

• Use Microsoft .NET Framework, .Net Core and a supported programming language (e.g., VB.NET, Visual C#)

• Serve as technical expert on development projects

• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design

• Support, maintain, and document software functionality

• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation

• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed

• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements

• Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in software development

• Minimum 2 years experience in multi-tier, distributed enterprise architecture environments

• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required

• Extensive experience in relational and NoSQL database technologies

• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net Standard/Core

• Expert in C#, .NET development

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design concepts and design patterns required

• Experience in deploying to AWS

• Experience in Containers and container orchestration

• Experience in Continuous integration / Test-Driven Development

• Experience with XML/JSON, REST, Node, Angular, SQL and distributed systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong development skills

• Experience working in Agile team

• Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture

• Message queues such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ

• Pub/Sub messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, Amazon SNS, Azure Event Grid
Application monitoring such as Amazon CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
