Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Responsible for the execution of the Order to Cash (O2C) Process from end to end for Commercial Patients including:
o Order creation in the system
o Order Management and adjustment
o Order Scheduling
o Order Troubleshooting
o Transportation scheduling
o Shipment creation
o LN2 Shipment Coordination and supply
o Shipment Tracking
o Proof of Delivery
o Invoice Initiation
o Revenue reconciliation

• Responsible the Clinical Cell Order support including:
o new clinical study process updates
o Clinical dose change support
o Clinical Cell Order Booking, cancellations and management

• Responsible for the coordination and operational management of key logistics suppliers including:
o Shipment by shipment management of couriers
o Supply, delivery and return of LN2 Shippers
o Supply of Cooler boxes

• Responsible for the support of Manufacturing training runs, engineering runs and PV runs by:
o Managing supply of Healthy Donor Materials
o Managing transportation of Healthy Donor Materials for all Mfg Sites
o Continuously Managing and adjusting the schedule of Healthy Donor Materials

• Supports system development and testing to include:
o Review and updates of SOPs, WIs
o Act as SME for order management and transportation systems

• Troubleshoots and implements immediate corrective actions and preventative actions for shipments, couriers, and orders to accommodate for:
o Weather impacts
o Lost shipments
o Damaged shipments
o Mis-Handled Shipments

• Custodian of Chain of Custody and COC tracking

• Supports international shipments including
o Order Management
o Cross Border Documentation
o Shipment booking, scheduling and tracking


• Reconciles shipment data between multiple systems to ensure alignment

• Acts as liaison between Manufacturing and  Commercial for cell orders.

• Troubleshoots and develops plans of action for both expected & unanticipated logistical issues during the transport of Pharma product

• Continuously refines and improves product transport & storage processes

• Develops, authors, and implements procedures and work instructions for logistics related processes

• Develops shipment monitoring/tracking systems and troubleshoots deviations

• Ensure continuous alignment of orders between all stakeholders and communicates, manages and reconcile variances

• Manage shipment forecast to mitigate transport risk

• Trains service providers and customers on logistic requirements

• Proactively manages the sourcing, onboarding, performance and relationship of logistics couriers, external warehouses, and other suppliers

• Prepares, reviews and presents data, reports and presentations as assigned.

• Collaborates effectively with multiple individuals and organizations in a cross-functional, team- oriented environment

• Manages order process from order generation, changes, shipment and final delivery.
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree

• Travel of up to 75% may be required

• Working knowledge of biologic material transport a plus

• Ability to work with multiple database and electronic systems. Experience with Oracle/ERP, courier, and material ordering portals, considered a plus

• Must display strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail required

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in writing SOPs

• Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
