Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of the Program. They will work collaboratively with developers and system engineers to document processes, work instructions, workflows and other items as requested.
Responsibilities:

- Working with internal teams on processes, workflows, documentation etc.
- Documenting easy-to-understand SOPs and process guides.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audiences.
- Researches and builds knowledge about services, technology, or concepts to be documented.
- Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension, documents/writes, and edits technical information accordingly.
- Revises, edits or updates instructions, processes, technical information as necessary.
- Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines.
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize and write procedure manuals, technical specification, and process documentation.
- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage. Help keep the individual teams document repositories up-to-date and organized.
- Research, create, and maintain process templates that uphold organizational standards.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SharePoint a plus (will be used for repository of documentation).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
