JOB SUMMARY: 
The PC Analyst is responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and support of PCs, Laptops, Printers, and other computer devices for Information Technology. The position is also responsible for providing hardware and software evaluation and support. The PC Analyst is responsible to rotate through the on-call schedule. Other duties as assigned.
 
WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 
A minimum of 2 years of PC installation and support experience is required. Experience in a healthcare environment with a deployed EMR is preferred. Strong capabilities working to plan and meeting deadlines. Knowledge and skills in PC hardware and software technologies, DOS and all Windows desktop operating systems. Computer skills in utilizing and supporting MS Office and MS Exchange/Outlook. Must have good interpersonal skills in communications with all levels of hospital personnel, vendors and IT staff.
MUST HAVES:
  • 2+ years of deskside experience (phone support will not be considered as experience)
  • A+ certification highly preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active
  • Will travel to other sites as needed
  • Windows 7,10 / Office 365 / HP Lazerjet Printers
 
Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Associate degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
