3PL Implementation Business Analyst

Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest IT Staffing organization, has an immediate and exciting opportunity for a 3PL Implementation Business Analyst for one the Nation’s Top Healthcare companies located in Nashville, Tennessee area. This opportunity is a 6-month contract to hire.

Responsibilities for 3PL Implementation Business Analyst:

  • Defines requirements in accordance with SDP/SDLC, management and project/product scope
  • Lead elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as: interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, and business models with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts
  • Resolves 3PL client and customer technical problems and responding to questions in accordance to service level objectives, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering, and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identity problems


Requirements for 3PL Implementation Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • EDI development and implementation experience
  • Willingness to mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment
  • Excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
