Account Manager III

Work Location: San Francisco, California 94105

Period: 10 Month Contract

Project Overview: Deliver complex projects from conception to implementation and QA and manage the relationships among them. Work with Producers and Marketers in local and remote offices to develop and roll out project workflows. Analyze the pipeline of work and productivity in order to optimize throughput of the operations team. Supervise temporary workers and optimize resource allocation across offices, languages, and projects. Prioritize and assess impact of bug fixes and ensure new feature requests are fully specified for implementation.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Overall project/program management using agile methods.
  • Manages schedules, scope, resources, risks and issues.
  • Team Ops Duties:
    • Coordinates team logistics and team meetings.
    • Facilitates annual, quarterly and sprint planning.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Running daily scrum.
  • Organizing program docs and team knowledge.
  • Assisting with team leader calendar(s) and delegation.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in any field
  • Looking for 7-10+ years of working experience within a marketing or software environment
  • Proficient in both Agile and traditional program management methods
  • Demonstrated operations management aptitude
  • Logical thinking and independent decision making skills.
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Strong knowledge management skills.

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:

  • Experience as a program manager on both technical programs and marketing programs.
  • Prior experience working with and training in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams.

Work Hours: 9AM-5PM
