Account Coordinator

 

3 month contract with possibility to extend or convert.

 

Chicago, IL.

 

$17.50/hr. on W2

 

Our client is a global technology company known for their ride-sharing app and delivery service. They are looking for an account coordinator to work with their new clients on the overall setup to ensure that new accounts are active and online once they become live.

 

This position is 50% data based and 50% customer-facing support. Duties include: Communicating with restaurants about payment, Courier escalated issues, Order value – helping restaurants receive as many orders as they would like to

Qualifications: 

 


•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

 


•  1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar field.

 


•  People skills - very interactive with customers and ensuring satisfaction.

 


•  Very detail oriented.

 


•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 


•  Comfortable with making phone calls daily to clients and working with clients to ensure they are highly satisfied.

 


•  Positive attitude, energetic, competitive personality, teachable, takes feedback and constructive criticism well.

 


•  Individuals who operate well autonomously and succeed and working independently: a self-reliant go – getter.
