Front Desk Associate/ Office Coordinator (reports to the Office Manager)
The role is a 6 month contract role with potential to convert to an employee based on performance.  Looking for someone who is interested in working with a rapidly growing, faced paced company with a startup feel! 
40 hours per week
Monday- Friday 8AM- 5PM with a one hour lunch break.
  •   Must be able to work every day from 8-5, hours are firm to ensure front desk/reception is covered

Primary Role:
To be the “face” of one of Apex's clients in Austin and to ensure a welcoming and positive experience for anyone that comes to the office.
  •   Greet people when they come in
  •   Assist with check in process and badging for visitors
  •   Message employees to alert them to guests or interviewees who are checking in
  •   Alert staff to deliveries and shipments that come in

Secondary Responsibilities:
  •   Assist with deliveries- unloading boxes, stocking food items, beverages as they come in.
  •   Backup office management when needed
  •   Procurement of inventory when needed:  Office supplies, snacks, drinks
  •   Assistance with group meetings
    •   Setting up office space, coordinating schedules, catering, printing materials, breaking down space when finished.
  •   Assistance with setting up desks for new employees or employees traveling in from other locations

Looking for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience. 
Should have a good working knowledge of MS office and be proficient with email, calendar organization and meeting coordination.
