5 Month Contract


Contract position with Fortune 500 technology client based out of Seattle. In this role, you would be working in a team that supports public relations and public policy. Responsibilities include setting up new vendors, PO (Purchase Orders), ensuring invoices are paid, addressing problems as they occur; ensuring vendors are paid and invoices are in compliance with Accounts Payable. 

  • Possibility for extension or conversion 
  • Core Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday, overtime on a need basis (potentially up to 5 hours OT every week).
  • Aiming for a quick turnaround- start date in the next couple of weeks!


  • Billing, invoicing, strong communication skills, customer service skills
  • Handling a large volume of purchase orders and invoice requests
