Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: production and interpretation of reports, addressing reporting issues, conducting routine assignments and analysis, participating in special projects, responding to information and data requests, documenting and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures. Interact with related internal and external customers on a routine basis. Works under general supervision. Relies on multiple years of experience to plan and accomplish assigned task and goals. Requires 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of post high school level academic work (some college) and relevant work experience. Associate's degree preferred. Experience in developing presentations and spreadsheet reports and demonstrated proficiency in analytics strongly desired.

The Contract Administrative Technician position will support the Customer and Employee Experience team in delivering outstanding value through creative and collaborative strategies. The focus of this role will be to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties by applying broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. This position requires independent judgment of organizational standards. Candidate will be joining a team that is highly valued by business unit leadership and consistently delivers superior performance in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate has a strong bias for action, attention to detail and professional presence. Their work meets exceptional standards, at times with little direction.


Primary Job Functions:

  • Support logistics and coordination of events and management meetings, including creation and distribution of materials, managing catering orders, and providing on-site and post-event follow up.
  • Support Power Delivery executive leadership, as needed
  • Maintaining employee access levels for the Customer Communication System (CCS)
  • Researching CCS communications for regulatory/legal requests
  • Executing CCS custom messages, as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve issues
  • Interact with all levels of employees, as needed, to perform responsibilities
