Apex Systems is currently seeking a Guidewire Agile Business Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Columbus, OH with one of the largest financial and insurance companies in the nation. The qualified candidate will have the following skills.

Responsibilities include:

  1. End-to-end delivery of requirements experience with Guidewire
  2. Creation and implementation of sustainable requirements management approach
  3. Development of staffing plan, identification of skills sets and estimates to support project complexities and time lines
  4. Prioritization and sequencing of work based on business value and complexity

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Must have 5+ years of commercial lines experience, have led phases of the implementation
  • Must have 8+ years of extensive requirements/business analyst experience
  • Demonstrated managerial courage with strong negotiation and partnering skills
  • Ability to plan strategically, innovate and leverage best practices to solve problems
  • Experience with PolicyCenter 7.0 +
  • FULL implementation experience
