Business Analyst is part of a team that offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers. The Business Analyst will be on the Business Side supporting projects coming from client’s newly established Digital PMO. He or she must be driven to succeed and should continually look for innovative ways to improve the adoption, productivity and support the evolution of key project artifacts from the Digital Program Office. Seeking a highly-talented individual with strong attention to detail, superior communication skills and demonstrated Business Analysis experience. Day to Day:

Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a department/unit, and recommend solutions that enable them to achieve its goals by bringing structure and formalization of requirements into the process. May include gathering business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and implementation material, participating in the implementation, and providing post-implementation support as well as responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and assisting in bridging the needs of the business with technology. May also be called upon to develop project plans and provide project management skills. 

 

Qualifications:

 

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong business analysis & requirements documentation experience.

Advanced Microsoft Office Product skills (PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.

Demonstrated initiative, creativity, flexibility, dependability and drive to succeed.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Understanding of Intelligent Automation/Robotics Process Automation preferred.

Insurance operations experience - awareness/understanding of business functions and processes, business transaction systems.

Executed with SDLC, Iterative, Agile and or CI methodologies.
