Job Description
We are looking for an Agile Transformation Coach to assist the client’s Internal Agile / DevOps CoE in organizational agile transformation. This individual would be a Senior Coach assigned to an organization in the client’s IT to assist with building and executing a transformation strategy. Among other things, this would include:

1. Communication and alignment of organizational transformation to Agile / DevOps CoE vision, direction, and roadmap
2. Assessing the learning needs of the organization
3. Working with organization leadership to understand their needs, problems, and goals for transformation
4. Development of transformation strategy and plan
5. Once ready, coaching and training the organization on Scaled Agile Framework
6. Accountability of team-level transformation
7. Ensuring teams are getting what they need from local coaches and communicating needs to the appropriate organizational transformation teams
8. Development of coaches 'chapter' for the organization under transformation
9. Assist the organization in capturing and understanding team and transformational metrics


Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years Enterprise Agile Coaching 
  • 3+ Years participating on an Agile Team
  • Knowledge and Experience on Developing Transformation Strategy
  • Experience and success in applying Scaled Agile Framework to large organizations
  • Experience and success in changing organizational mindset
  • Knowledge and Experience conducting formal and informal training
  • Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation
    • User Stories and Requirements Gathering
    • Estimation of User Stories
    • Prioritization
    • Agile Metrics
    • Team Kick-Off
  • Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum
  • Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban
  • Knowledge of and Experience with applying SAFe to teams (including those using the Kanban framework)
     

Soft Skills

  • Ability to 'sell' new concepts, ideas, and strategies to an organization
  • Confidence in knowledge of Agile and SAFe
