Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience and 4 years of API development experience 
• Experience with API Management platforms (Apigee, Akana, Mule, Kong, WS02) 
• Experience with product management, development and business analysis 
• Experience working in an Agile, continuous delivery environment 
• 2+ years of cloud experience – AWS EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, SQS, SNS, RDS or equivalent technologies preferred 
• Experience designing, creating and supporting RESTful API micro services 
• Experience with API Management platforms (Akana, Apigee, Kong, WS02, Mule) 
• Experience with relational and non-relational data stores 

Additional Desirable Skills: 
• Experience working with lines-of-business to understand the overarching needs and translate them into design patterns 
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to influence decisions 
• Possesses a technology agnostic thought process 
• Engineering background with experience in developing and implementing all forms of API’s (B2B, B2C) 
• Experience with security technologies (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, etc) 
• Experience designing, creating, and operating continuous delivery pipelines 
• Experience with Cloud PaaS – AWS ElasticBeanstalk, Heroku, or Cloud Foundry 
• NoSQL – Cassandra, Kafka, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB, AWS RDS, Neo4J 
• Familiar with Cloud-First architecture – loosely coupled systems, fault-tolerance, HA, scalability
