Day to Day Responsibilities:  Overseeing 23,000 clinics and 70,000 users. They will be helping support each of the clinics and troubleshooting the proprietary applications within the company. This person will support the clinicians and dietitians in each clinic (everyone there except for the Doctors and Nurses). This is a tier one support role. There will be 40-50 inbound calls a day, each lasting around 6-7 minutes. This person must be a team player, have strong customer service skills and reliable. They must have the ability to work from home as well. The team has a lot of different shifts, which are 7-4, 8-5, 9-6 and 10-7. This person must be available to work any of those going in, but once they are in the role the shift will not fluctuate.

Requirements:

  • Must haves:
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Strong Communications skills (clear, concise and confident but not cocky)
    • Basic computer skills
       
  • Nice to haves:
    • Former helpdesk/customer service experience
    • Windows experience
