Level 2 Application Support
Responsible for resolving escalated incidents to include working with 3rd Party vendors, development and DevOps teams to aid in resolution.
Basic Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines.

• Work with 3rd party vendors to assist in resolution as necessary

• Work with corporate IT teams to assist in resolution as necessary

• Provide status updates and research/resolution results for reporting.

• Supports the architecture, design, development, qualification and deployment of applications consistent with product and technical roadmaps.

• Support 24x7 operations by providing deployment and sustained support for all responsible systems and technologies.

• Technology training

• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues. Troubleshooting according to business needs

• Hands on development, standardization, and management

• Supports the design and configuration of complex system landscapes

• Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance
