Location: Schaumburg, Illinois USA
Description: You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of Real Estate Retail projects and leasing coordination, including capital improvements, tenant improvement collection and associated lease and construction documents. You will provide project management support to Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Directors for designated projects. Additionally, you will be the liaison between Transaction Managers and Lease Administration responsible for the coordination of lease review, execution, and critical date and database management for all retail leases and related documents.

What you’ll be doing
1. Assist with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting of retail capital and expenses.
2. Review funding requirements and submissions against Plan of Record.
3. Monitor and administer project dollars to ensure spending is within budget.
4. Work with Project Managers on funding/best views/cash flow projections, and to ensure all quotes, proposals and associated forms are available for purchase requisition requests.
5. Monitor projects for required funds to enable change requests to projects and year-end reconciliation.
6. Work closely with the Real Estate Capital Management and APO teams to resolve issues.
7. Maintain database and reports for your assigned market to support project management and budget reviews.
8. Handle coordination of business plan packages in partnership with Transaction Managers for new retail distribution, relocation and renewal activity for retail markets.
9. Track/monitor financial approval and status of lease documents.
10. Track attendance at all relevant calls and meetings.

What you’ll need to have:
1. Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
2. Three or more years of relevant work experience.
3. Project management experience, including knowledge of retail property leases and/or Real Estate.
4. Financial knowledge.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
6. Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1, Ariba.
