Global medical device company in Irvine is seeking Associate Facilities Representatives to join their team!
 
Duties:
  • Responsible for administrative duties as it relates to facilities Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day to day administrative and facilities services in compliance to departmental and procedures
  • Maintain, generate and distribute work orders to multiple technicians while utilizing CMMS
  • Audit equipment and assets to ensure items are accurately entered (inducted) into CMMS/CAFM (computer aided facilities management)
  • Facilitate campus access and coordination for applicable vendors
  • Process and track payments of invoices
  • Respond to internal customer calls and requests and process to work orders
  • Order equipment, materials, and inventory utilizing purchase card or approved suppliers
  • Track LMS to ensure vendors and technicians are compliant with appropriate required trainings
  • Coordinate event and meeting set-ups
  • Coordinate 911/ emergency response communication for facilities department
  • Track and maintain applicable quality systems (e.g, pest control reporting)
  • Assign appropriate access level in campus security system and produce badges; generate access and history reports as needed 


Skills:
  • Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Moderate knowledge of building, security, and facilities systems
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Must be able to work in a team environment under close supervision


Education and Experience:
