Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of being extended or converted permanently 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Post incoming payments
  • Research, review, and prepare daily summary worksheets for record keeping
  • Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete 
  • Manage and complete emails throughout the day
  • Code checks for daily deposit

The Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of: Accounts Receivable, Corporate Accounting, Treasury and Banking, as related to accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAP, and/or other accounting software
  • Proficient in Excel
