Our client is looking for more Associate Sales Representatives! Our goal is to hire a class of 6 (maybe more) Sales Representatives for this upcoming training class.

We are looking at a tentative start date of Monday September 9, 2019 and plan to make all hiring decisions by Friday, August 23, 2019. 

Here is some additional information about the positions:

Requirements:
  • Typing Test – Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Complete the 4-6 week paid training program
  • This is an insurance sales role - all candidates must be able to obtain the TX Property and Casualty License during the training period (Our client will be paying for all exam fees and pre-licensing course)
  • Background checks are completed prior to the start date
  • 4-6 week Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:15am-8pm
  • Flexible Schedules: Several are available after training Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday every other Saturday for example. There are also various shifts 10:15-7PM, 11:15-8PM and 12:15-9:00


Benefits:
  • Base pay: $37,333. In addition to the base pay, sales representatives receive generous bonus compensation based on sales success.
  • We provide a shift differential for working weekend days and working until 9PM, the differential varies depending on your individual schedule and can be from 5%-15% on top of base pay

    • Convert warm leads such as direct mail and advertisements into new business by handling countrywide inbound telephone calls
    • Meet individual and department objectives and apply sales skills while soliciting and cross selling all personal lines of insurance

    • Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
    • Meet production goals, as shown through policies written and referrals
