Business Analyst/Data Analyst:

v. Ability to negotiate and influence across diverse groups of stakeholders

vii. Strong organizational and relationship skills 
viii. Understanding of project methodologies – Waterfall, Agile 
b. Desired Skills: 
i. Broad and deep understanding of Global Banking data 
ii. Understanding of Global Transaction Services and products like Deposits, Liquidity, Receivables, Payments, Trade, and Cards. 
iii. Enterprise Data Management standards and practices including metadata management, data quality measurement and data lineage. 
iv. Familiarity with financial regulatory mandates and reporting requirements 
c. Technology Acumen: 
i. Understanding of general database structures, data flows, and transformation logic 
ii. Database navigation skills 
iii. Microsoft Office 
d. Experience Level: 
i. 5+ years in financial services in Enterprise Data Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Service Delivery based role
